Can I order spare or replacement parts for my equipment?
Yes – you may purchase spare our replacement parts for our products by calling 417-201-4600 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST Monday – Friday or filling out this online form here. Accessories and common replacement parts will be available for purchase on our shop page very soon!
Do your products have a warranty?
Our products are backed by a 12-month warranty. You can find details on our warranty policy here.
How do I register my new product?
Visit our product registration page and submit your information. Remember, this must be submitted in order to file any future warranty claims.
Are the motors in your slicers and grinders air cooled or water cooled?
Paladin Equipment’s meat slicers and meat grinders feature air-cooled motors.
Do your meat grinders have a reverse function?
Yes, Paladin’s meat grinders include a reverse function.
Will your slicers cut frozen meat?
Yes, our slicers can handle cold/frozen meat. Cutting frozen meat is especially helpful when you want to achieve thin, precise cuts.
Can your meat grinders grind bones?
Yes, our meat grinders can grind small, soft bones from small animals (chickens, rabbits, etc.) because of our all-metal gear construction and powerful motor. The higher the wattage of your machine, the easier it gets to grind small animal bones.
I lost my user manual. How can I get a new copy?
Please send a request to us on the contact us page requesting a manual for your model number and we can email you a new electronic copy (.PDF) or send a printed copy in the mail.
